What is the cost for shipping, how long will it take to arrive, and can I rush my order?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping
For 1 DVD, add $3.00 for shipping and handling. Add $0.50 for each additional DVD ordered. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Priority
For 1 DVD, add $7.00 for shipping and handling. Add $0.75 for each additional DVD ordered. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.

Express
For 1 DVD, add $21.00 for shipping and handling. Add $1.25 for each additional DVD ordered. Your order will arrive overnight in most locations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Ecomomy
For 1 DVDs, add $4.00 for shipping and handling. Add $0.50 for each additional DVD ordered. Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.

International Priority Air
For 1 DVD, add $11.45 for shipping and handling. Add $2.00 for each additional DVD ordered. Please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

International Express Air
For 1 DVD, add $28.95 for shipping and handling. Add $3.00 for each additional DVD ordered. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

How do I return a shipment?
Should you need to return a shipment, you can use the pre-printed return label enclosed in the shipment’s packing list. If you cannot find the label, please return your shipment to

We guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Our generous return policy allows you to return any purchases within 30 days in good condition for full credit, excluding shipping and handling. Please note that customers are responsible for paying shipping charges on returned items.

3. Do the DVDs include public performance and closed-circuit rights?
Yes, all the DVDs come with public performance and closed-circuit broadcast rights.

Can I order DVDs with my tax-exempt number?
We only collect tax on sales from the state of Indiana. If you are ordering from Indiana and you are tax-exempt, you may order by mail, by fax or online.

Please be sure to include your Receipt Number in your email or fax.
Your Receipt Number is generated when you check-out online and is sent to you in an email.

To mail or fax a tax-exempt order, you can print out our Order Form (.pdf) and mail or fax it with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to Perennial Pictures.
